Many people suffer from different types of headaches every day. Whether it is a migraine, which is usually the worst form, a sinus headache, a headache from a cold or other illness, or other types of headaches, there are people out there suffering from one of these forms of headaches.
They normally reach for whatever type of pain killer they can find, whether it be a pill, a warm cloth over the head, a herbal tea of some sortor anything else they can find to ease the pain so they can function normally throughout their day. However, there are also essential oils that can help ease a headache and even get rid of them altogether. Here are the top four essential oils you can use to get rid of your headache.
Lavender
Lavender essential oils seem to help with many things and one thing it can help cure is a headache. The main reason it can help cure a headache is because this essential oil can help relieve stress and tension and just help you relax more. It can also help for neurological disorders and conditions.
Lavender essential oils can also help relieve restlessness and treat disturbed sleep. These are two causes of headaches as well and using lavender oil can help you get a restful sleep and can keep you from waking up with a headache the next morning.
Lavender oil can also help regulate the serotonin that your body already makes. Serotonin helps reduce the pain in the nervous system which, without it being regulated, can cause migraine headaches.
To use lavender oil to relieve a headache caused by stress and tension, you can either diffuse five drops at home or at work or apply it to the back of your neck and temples. You can also add five to 10 drops of it to your warm bath water to help relieve the tension you are suffering from your work day.

Back in 1996, there was a study that was conducted about using peppermint to help ease the participant’s headaches. During this study, there were 41 people studied. The peppermint was applied topically to the participants about a half hour after their headaches started. After the peppermint oil was applied, the participants reported that they had relief from their headaches.

Also, if you suffer from stress and have emotional problems that cause your headaches, you should be using Rosemary to help ease them. Not only this, but if you suffer from digestion problems and an upset stomach, this could be a major symptom of an oncoming headache. Using Rosemary can help ease digestion problems and stomach problems.
When you start experiencing a headache or a migraine, you can add Rosemary to your water, soup, or tea to drink to ease the pain associated with the headache or migraine. You can also add Rosemary oil to coconut oil and peppermint oil and apply it topically to your neck and head to help ease the symptoms of a headache.
Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus essential oils can help cleanse your body of toxins and the bad microorganisms, which can then keep you from having headaches. It can also open your nasal airways and get rid of any sinus pressure you may be experiencing that can lead to bad headache.
You can use Eucalyptus oil by diluting two to four drops of it with carrier oil and applying it topically to the back of your neck, your chest, your forehead, and temples. Using it this way can clear up your nasal passages which can then in turn help clear your airways and get rid of your headaches caused by nasal buildup. Doing it this way can prevent a sinus headache which usually turns into a migraine headache.

Three Hours City Tour At Ensenada, Mexico

A THREE HOURS CITY TOUR when we embarked in Mexico on the second morning.   My sister booked the three hours city tour in Ensenada, Mexico, a van came to pick us up from the port.  Ensenada is the border of Mexico and it reminds me of Hatyai, a border town too between Malaysia and Thailand.  We were taken to a shopping area where we must haggle for the goods.  LOL.. Yes, something common in my own country... Anyway, we did not buy anything for ourselves... just a wooden handmade truck for my grandson which cost $8usd.   Nothing much to shout about on this three hours excursion, I was so sleepy on the way back to the ship that I dozed off and only awaken when we were driven through the town.  All in all, I just wanted to step onto Mexican soil and I would give this a miss if I were to go on this Mexico cruise again.  LOL... At the open area shopping walking towards the Blowhole... This is La Bufadora Blowhole, an amazing natural marine geyser that is capable of shooting water over 60 fe

Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner At San Jose 2022

TABLE FOR FOUR... We had our own reunion Chinese New Year dinner on Monday evening.... we made a simple one, just hot pot at home.  All we have to do is to clean the vegetables, get everything defrosted... and the hot pot boiling with a packet of seasoning.  They sell a lot of hot pot seasoning over here, from tomato soup to shrimp and chicken soup, I just threw in the whole packet of paste.  No doubt not so healthy but it is so easily done....  As usual, Chinese New Year won't be CNY without a plate of Loe Sang...  No crackers so I put in a few pieces of Tacos... LOL... Most important is the sauce....  The apricot, plum sauce and honey makes it right.... And our dishes for the evening..... We ate too much shrimps the day before so we omitted for this evening.... Simple and yet satisfying meal for our Reunion Dinner....

Phil's Fish Market And Eatery, Moss Landing

DAY TRIP TO MOSS LANDING...  I did not know what to expect since I had not been there before.  We took an hour plus drive to this seafood place, it is an open air restaurant whereby you can dine by the sea or inside.  We chose the latter, since it was quite windy in the open air.  With a baby kid, it is best to have some warmth inside the restaurant. Yes, there was already a queue by the time we reached there, it was actually between lunch and dinner and yet, patrons were ready to have their meal.  Though the queue looked long, we could get a place within 10 minutes or so.   Almost the same picture but someone was looking at me when I took these...  Almost reaching the finishing line to enter ... Clam Chowder to start off...  Cioppino... A combination of seafood... Mussels, prawns, crabs, clams...  Eat what the fishermen eat... Dip the bread in the sauce... Yes, I like this... Fried chicken chunks...  And I still prefer the Cioppino compared to this....  Baby enjoying his own food befo
