Our First Cornbeef On St. Patrick Day

IT WAS ST PATRICK'S DAY THE NEXT MORNING WHEN WE WOKE UP...
We were told to wear green on this day... I don't know the reason why, too lazy to google about it, but to avoid getting "pinched" for not wearing green on this day, I just followed for the fun of it....
And so here we were in our green shirts....
Our very first morning waiting for our fresh pancakes to be served...
Freshly done and served....
Forget about the fats... Butter is good for us, right!
After our breakfast, we paid a visit to my sister's MIL....
She has cooked a great feast for us... Cornbeef!
\
Our Chef sharpening his skills and we ladies again waited to be served... LOL...
Oh notice the difference?
He quickly went to pull on a green shirt before he did this!
And that was our lunch for the day...
Our first Cornbeef meal on St. Patrick Day!

Our Orders From Afghanistan, Spanish And Australia

It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

My Failed Project In Baking Mini Egg Cakes

FAILED THIS TIME..... I don't know why, I follow exactly the ingredients and the method written in her website but it was not successful.  Something went wrong somewhere but I don't think I want to try it again.  This recipe is called Mini Egg Cake which is supposed to be soft, airy, light sponge cake but the way I made them, they turned out hard and crusty cake.   If I try again one day, I will half the portion... cos I like to eat these traditional egg cakes.... The Ingredients...  No point putting the recipe here since I failed..  LOL...  The portions of this recipe....  It looked very promising when I put them into the oven.... Even when they were in the baking process... they look good, aren't they? LOL...  I was so happy just by looking at the mini egg cakes in the tray....  And after they were let out... my heart sank....  The minute I took them out from the tray, I knew... Hard at the top...  Tak Jadi = Failed.... Now come to t
