Healthy Green Spaghetti Sauce Using Optimum G2

My friend taught me how to do a healthy sauce using the below ingredients and blending them with Optimum G2.1 blender from Froothie Malaysia.  She has been using this blender for a couple of months now and loving it day by day... For one who never likes to cook and do new things, I am amazed she is finding her new toy Optimum G2.1 so useful and beneficial to her well-being.  And now she is sharing her recipe with me and I, with all of you.... Hope you like it!
