Outdoor cooking equipment

It’s always a challenge cooking outside when you have little ones to look after. At the end of the day, you take your eye off them for a minute, and they could end up burning themselves on the BBQ. Therefore, a lot of parents avoid cooking outside when they have little ones. So now your kids are grown up, it’s time to take the opportunity to get some outdoor cooking equipment. After all, nothing beats cooking some meat and vegetables on the grill. It might be that you decide to get a large gas or charcoal BBQ for your garden. A beautiful garden pond

It’s always a challenge to have a pond in your garden if you have little ones. After all, you need to ensure they don’t get too close as you don’t want them to be at risk of drowning. Therefore, it often means you have to go without a pond in the garden. Now that your kids are all grown up, it’s time to get a beautiful garden pond. After all, you can now have one of a significant size in your garden. And it’s a stunning feature which will bring character to your yard. And once it’s all set-up, you can find some beautiful fish!

A hot tub

Of course, you can install a hot tub in your yard when you have little ones. But it’s always a hazard when you have kids around. After all, they could fall in while you are not around and hurt themselves. And if the bubbles are going, they could be at risk of drowning. Therefore, now is the perfect time to add the relaxing feature to your yard. If the sun comes out, it can be a great way to spend an evening with your other half. It’s also perfect for when guests come over; they will be desperate to have a go in the tub!

And now you can grow as many vegetables as you like. After all, you don’t have to worry about little ones taking a bite of something that’s only half formed!

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch

Night Market Along Lee Garden Plaza Hotel, Hatyai

BY THE TIME WE REACHED THE HOTEL, it was almost dark. This time round, we took a longer rest in the hotel... my girl might not need it but I certainly did!  After recharging around 80% of my body strength, we were ready to explore the streets again. Our hotel is really a strategic spot for us tourists.  The street vendors were all ready to boost their sales in front, at the side and along the whole stretch of street where we stayed.  Left, right, front... the place was filled with people and tourists like us... I could hear some of them speaking my dialect, we felt kind of at home instead of being tourists.... Besides the street vendors in front of the hotel, there was a night market just five minutes walking distance away from our hotel, Lee Garden Plaza.... Maybe they only opened during the weekends?  I am not sure about that.. .anyway, we were kind of excited to see all the bright lights along the street.... Come... Let's Go! We started from the beginning of the str
