Exploring Han She Kitchen At Taman Perling, Johor

ON ANOTHER MORNING, my girl told me that we would be going to a new place which she just found online.  This time she did not use Waze, it is just a ten minutes drive away so there is no problem locating the place called Han She Kitchen at Jalan Layang, Taman Perling.

As for me, I did not know what to expect, I just follow wherever she takes me, Oliver Newton John also said the same thing... "Wherever you go, wherever you may wander in your life, surely you know, I always wanna be there..... "
So.. this is the place she led me to....
Reminded me of those 1970s sword fighting in the Inns movies...
As for the food....
My girl ordered Shanghai Chicken Dumplings noodles... RM8.20
I asked.. "Enough boh?"
"So Much"... she replied...
Really???
And my order is Nasi Lemak with crispy fried chicken... RM7.80
ahhh.. the egg is well done, I like it this way...
Everything on the plate looks fine to me except
for the meenie weenie size of the peanuts and ikan bilis...
*surely not enough for me?*
I love lots of these to go with my Nasi Lemak..
"More of these, please.... thank you!"
Yes, Ask and you shall receive...   :)
Overall, I have no complaints about my order...
The fried chicken wing was still hot and crispy...
The batter used tasted like  potato flour...
Something different from the other type of fried chicken I have tasted..
So... where next, girl?

  3. The egg was overdone, oil too hot. Love the decor of the place though, like way back in the good ol' days!

  6. Wah! Your Nasi Lemak looks like Nasi Alamak to me. Not enough sambal, peanuts and ikan bilis.
I like this "Wherever you go, wherever you may wander in your life, surely you know, Mama Claire always wanna be there..... "

  7. For the nasi lemak, I will also need extra sambal besides the ikan bilis and peanuts. Have a great time foodie exploring with your girl!
