It’s normal to become irritated and everyone’s experienced it at some point in their lives. 1. What’s making you irritated?


First, think about the source of the irritation. Perhaps it’s just someone you dislike at the office you work at, or perhaps one of your relatives is giving you a lot of trouble by calling or messaging you while you’re working. Something causes the irritation and it’s rare that it ever happens on its own. Once you find the source of the irritation, you’ll have a much easier time getting rid of it or at least being able to manage it better. 2. Getting enough sleep

Pushing yourself to eat food you dislike and downing caffeinated drinks all day is a quick way to becoming easily irritated. Make sure you’re managing your diet properly and include plenty of water to flush the body of toxins, and don’t force yourself into a certain diet regime if it’s making you unhappy. Even if your goal is to lose weight by cutting calories, you’re going to get grumpy and eventually binge on food because you’re not happy with your diet. In short, keep an eye on your diet so that it doesn’t make you grumpy.

Two Dishes One Soup Dinner

AUNTIE'S SIMPLE COOKING... for dinner on one evening.... Defrosted a piece of cod, my last piece in the freezer besides another few more pieces of other types of fish.  I think I consume the most fish this year, never bought so many types of fish before.  Maybe it is made easier for me this year cos of the online shopping at Gracious, cleaned, vacuumed and free delivery above RM50.   My last piece of cod.... Freshly Baked With Love From Breadlady

BUNS AND PIES... freshly baked with Love.... printed on a brown paper bag, delivered by her handsome son right to my doorstep!  LOL.... Saw it on Facebook, one of my friends put up the fresh curry buns she ordered.  Yours truly saw and salivated and the next thing, I have the details I needed.  During the weekdays, the Breadlady has different kinds of buns and on Saturdays, she makes shepherd pies.  Since I got the details on Friday, I quickly messaged her and ordered 5 packets!  No, I did not eat them all, I ordered for my friends too, they have the same common interest as I do.  LOL...  ' Each set of shepherd pie comes with 2 fresh buns costing RM15.   I like her packing.... Brown paper bag with this slogan... Freshly baked with love...  The pies were still warm when they were delivered to right to  my doorstep with no extra charge... So nice!
