Gentings Roundup

ONE NIGHT SHOULD BE ENOUGH IN GENTINGS... Now that I have been there for a couple of times already, one night is more than enough for me.  The outdoor theme park is still under construction so most of the time, we were indoors, walking here and there, exploring every corner of the Sky Avenue, shopping, eating, casinos and even watching a movie at the cineplex!

Yes, I never thought of catching a movie but since we did not have nothing much to do, we went for a movie, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.  Yes, it was quite entertaining and each ticket cost RM20 per pax with a complimentary waffle cookies.  LOL.. And each meal will cost around RM50 for two persons, so get ready to dig in the pockets for more money when up in Gentings... LOL..

These are some of the food that we took during our three days stay... I wonder what happened to other photos...

At Din Tai Fung restaurant...
Meat Dumplings....
Red bean dumplings...
Too sweet for my liking...
At Go Noodles.... Fish Noodles... RM26
I like this one... pork tendon noodles...
At Dragon-i
Meat Dumplings again...
Szechuan beancurd..
Enough for the two of us...
Bak Kut Teh before we left for Ipoh...
At the entrance of the cinemasimax... whatever that is...
And into the jungle I went..... for RM20!
LOL...

  1. I have not been to Genting for years and years. Maybe when they complete the theme park, I will make a trip there. Jumanji? "The Greatest Showman" not showing there - everybody who has seen it praises it to the skies!

Saw it on Facebook, one of my friends put up the fresh curry buns she ordered.  Yours truly saw and salivated and the next thing, I have the details I needed.  During the weekdays, the Breadlady has different kinds of buns and on Saturdays, she makes shepherd pies.  Since I got the details on Friday, I quickly messaged her and ordered 5 packets!  No, I did not eat them all, I ordered for my friends too, they have the same common interest as I do.  LOL...  ' Each set of shepherd pie comes with 2 fresh buns costing RM15.   I like her packing.... BREAKFAST PLANS.... and we had Dim Sum this morning in First Garden.  We made the plans the night before to meet at the shop at 9am...  (A relief for me cos I had been waking up very early these days!)   Managed to get a big table for six pax, thanks to two of my friends who were there earlier than 9.  Except for the SOP procedures, it looks like business were back to normal in some areas.  We spent around an hour enjoying the below Dim Sum and we would be meeting again for lunch later!  Opppsss... it is all about eating again during this time of RMCO...
