Dinner for Four At Mun Ji Restaurant, Menglembu

HOT WEATHER THESE DAYS...

....And I know that Chinese New Year is around the corner.  The weather is unusually hot during this time of the year.  Not that I am complaining, I really prefer the sun more than the rain, the sun brightens up the day whereas the rain brings gloomy feeling.  LOL... Hope the days ahead will be brighter for each and everyone!

And even though it is super hot, we added more heat to our body by eating hot boiling curry in claypot at Mun Ji Restaurant, Menglembu one evening.  It has been ages since I last ate at this shop and I welcome the change.  In this place, there is no menu, we just have to sit back and allow them to recommend whatever they have for the evening.  Their signature dishes such as Curry Fish Head is a Must Order.. it comes with thick and rich creamy santan filled with Okra, Brinjals, Taufu Pok plus the fresh fish, of course....
Still brimming hot when served...
Stirred up the ingredients..... and then pour onto our white rice...
The lady also recommended this dish... Spinach in three types of eggs...
And for that evening, the chef's own special BBQ meat... Char Siew...
Three dishes for the four of us...
Total payment is around RM60 plus...
We could not finish the BBQ meat...
And ended up taking home for my family member!  :)
