Pho Saigon 8 In Las Vegas

FIRST EVENING IN LAS VEGAS...

It was almost evening when we reached LV,  let the drivers rest for a couple of hours before we made our way out again to town for dinner....

On the way back we stopped by the grocery store to get our larder filled up.... cannot be eating out all the time during our one week's stay there.  We picked up a dozen eggs, that is most important, followed by bacon, butter, bread, milk, vegetables and lots of drinking water.  The water in LV tasted kind of saltish.... We also brought along instant noodles, uncooked rice and sauces.... LOL... This is how and what Asians normally do, right?

As for dinner, we outvoted my BIL... four against one for Asian food... PHO!
This is our favourite place....
PHO to go round...
Add in some Viet chilli sauce and it tasted so so good!
Condiments to go with the PHO....
Ordered this to share too....
Enjoy!!
And of course,
Cheers!!

  1. Gosh! You went all the way and had Vietnamese? Very generous with the meat, I must say. So what's next? Chinese? :D

  7. T_T miss a good bowl of pho... IMO a good bowl of pho = filled with beef. Can't eat that in Malaysia (because I don't eat beef when in Malaysia)... :(
