Tea Break At Little Elephant, Ipoh

AFTERNOON TEA...

Supposedly to be a teabreak with something light and heartwarming.  However it turned out to be quite a heavy meal with carbs, meat and desserts.

My niece came to fetch us to Little Elephant around 3pm, she suggested taking something light and after the tea break, we did not have any dinner.  Well, we could have but we did not because we have another place to go in the evening.  Karaokeeee!!  We wanted to save our voices for that... LOL...

We had Nasi Kerabu...
Yes, at 3pm!  Odd, right?
A Kerabu Salad to go with that...
Followed by a cup of coffee... no, not for me...
But this!
So overflowing with goodness...
And the seniors with the young Chef at Little Elephant!

  1. That one heavenly bowl of goodness. Ais Kacang!

Anytime for nasi kerabu for me. But sure weird to have it for tea break. Haha. The rice was so blue.

  2. Not odd at all to have meals at 3pm but it depends on the time you ate before that. If you had a full lunch at 1.30pm then it is too soon to eat nasi kerabu at 3pm. The ice kacang looks so delicious! yum yum!

  4. The blue looked kind of different from that of the flower, kind of darker. Not much kerabu in the nasi kerabu, had to order the salad, eh?
