Food At TK Noodles And Pea Soup Andersen's On The Way To Las Vegas

ON THE LONG AND STRAIGHT ROADS....

Woke up early to depart for our super long drive to Las Vegas, we planned to start early as 7am but ended up leaving the town only at almost 11am.  LOL.. Change of plans led to the delay, we had a hearty Hongkong breakfast before we set off.  And after driving for 15 minutes, someone realized he left something important behind and had to turn back to retrieve it.  No worries, let's take it easy, he said... The journey normally takes 8 hours... for us, it took more than that, every hour or two, we stopped either for food or call of nature!  LOL... That is normal for golden seniors like us.
Wanton noodles at TK noodles shop...
We ordered two bowls to be shared by 3 of us...
See how enormous they are?  I mean the bowls, of course... LOL...
A couple of hours later, we stopped here.....
Famous for their Pea soup....
At the entrance....
From the place where we were seated...
And this is their Peas Soup....
Healthy looking soup... I like it...
Comes with these cookies and snacks...
Couldn't resist having desserts...
Their Cherry Sundae tempted me enough...
My boss ordered a cherry pie with ice cream... which I tried too...
I still prefer my ice cream!
Our "light" snack after our heavy breakfast....
Footprints before we continued on our journey to Las Vegas...
