Breakfast At Woh Heng And Lunch At O'Days, Ipoh

TWO TOO SWEET MEALS...

I really must watch my sugar intake.  I must reduce my sugar intake... I must resist the sweet temptations... and I can go on and on... Yeah, I think I just talk only... seems my self control is down the drain....

This morning when I woke up, the sticky rice with kaya image kept running through my mind, quickly I called my friend and both of us arranged to meet at Woh Heng coffeeshop  at 9.30am.  Besides desserts, this Woh Heng has a few stalls, the famous one is the curry noodles.  Firstly, we have to take a number before ordering.  Normally it takes around 15 minutes to half hour before being served.  While waiting, we ordered these two types of desserts to while away the time.....
My friend ordered egg custard for herself...
I tasted a bit too... not too sweet...
According to my friend, it is not as milky as she wanted it to be...
And I ordered this to share but I ate most of it... *guilty*
Both of these cost RM7.60 including 2 glasses of chinese tea....
The noodles came half hour later... and I forgot to take what we took!

Come afternoon, I received a call from my ex-colleague.  She came to pick me up for lunch... (yes, I went for lunch after a big heavy breakfast) and we went to O'days cafe in Canning Garden.  She was hungry while I was 3/4 full.  I only have space for some desserts... (again!)
Taken from my friend's camera...
The photos came out so "slim" one...
She took tumeric sticky rice...
...which comes with one bowl of curry chicken....
I ordered Bubur cha cha and hers is Wheat oats...
We shared these too....
To mark our presence with Goodness and Peace!
(Tonight I have a dinner appointment some more.. how to resist food?)

  3. Claire, did you cut your hair, or is it just pulled back? I do believe that the older we get, the more hungry we get. Especially at bedtime!
