Banana Cupcakes And Sardine Bread Pizza

FOODIE IN THE HOUSE.... 
On two separate days, I did some baking, sweet and savoury for the youngsters.  Only by requests... LOL... by now, I do not have to refer to the recipe for the banana cake.   This time the portion turned out lesser, instead of 8 paper cups, the ingredients was only enough for 7.  Funny, right?  
110 gm butter
70 gm brown sugar
2 large eggs
100 gm self raising flour
80 gm banana
30 gm mixed nuts
Baked them for 20 minutes in 160 degrees celcius....

Mixed nuts... walnuts, almond flakes and pecan.... 
Soft and moist....
On another day, sardine pizza for lunch.... 
15 minutes in the oven and all is ready to go.....
Butter, Prego, sardines, red pepper and mozzarella 
Sardine is definitely better than the tuna....
Next time I want to try with Spam...

    1. Mun, mine is not the ovenette.. I bought Khind brand in Jaya Jusco last time during sales... cost around RM300 and now it is around RM368 or something...
