Food To Take On A Cooling Night

RAINY EVENING... and I have ran out of ideas on what to cook on that Friday evening.  Sensing mama's laziness dilemma, my son suggested going to CJ hotpot for dinner.  Since it was still drizzling and the evening was cool, I readily agreed to go.  Yay!  No need to cook, close up the kitchen and off we went to CJ.

It had been many moons since we last went to CJ hotpot.  This hotpot specialty consists of fish head, yam and assorted vegetables.  We can still add on more stuff to the hotpot, self service, just take whatever from the fridge, the varieties are stored in plastic tupperwares.  My son took a few types of vege and a box of noodles.  We also ordered salted chicken as a side dish... and I forgot what else cos I did not take any photos of the extras....
This is what the hotpot looks like when it was served....
RM39 for a pot with fish head as the main course...
The bill for the night came to RM70 plus....

With heavy tummies, we did not want to go home yet...
And my son made a suggestion again...
Let's go bowling in AEON...
Serious?  I had never been there before in my whole life!
And so here we are... at the bowling alley...
Not many people and the games are cheap...
Just RM13 each for two games.... which lasted more than an hour... .
Our fun outing on a Friday evening....
