Food For One Of My Days

WHAT MAKES ME GAIN WEIGHT DAILY... and the answer is Outside Food.

Gaining a few hundred grams gradually is a reality these days... since I came back from US in February, I have gained around 4kg and still actively getting heavier by the days.   No need to be alarmed, I guess this is due to old age and slower metabolism.  Outside food is one of the reasons too... tasty food due to excessive oil.... 

Anyway, weight aside, I am still having a good appetite, needing to munch something every two hours!  LOL... Yes, I must go for more brisk walking to kill the calories... 

I only eat three meals a day... that is not much, right? LOL.... 

I can eat this every day....
Fried Fish with a bowl of porridge....
The shop Kar Heng opens at 11am daily... 
For a set of porridge with fish, it cost RM8
And we agreed it is a good deal.... 
Fish are not cheap nowadays...
We ordered two sets of fried fish and one steamed fish.... 
Very satisfying lunch....
For dinner we went to Buntong to have these....
Total cost slightly below RM30 for the above...
Wanton noodles with wanton... (dumplings)
This shop has been operating for more than 30 years.... 
Their homemade noodles and dumplings are really good!
After dinner, we stopped by a food court to have Ice Kacang....
My evening is completed...
And
My weight is justified....

    I eat fish all the time now as I can't eat red meat. I can't eat the noodles - I am on a low carbs diet and no dessert for me - I'm on a no sugar diet. So pathetic, my life these days. Never mind about putting on weight - most important, you are keeping healthy...not like me. Sobsss!!!

    Three meals a day is all right. Enjoy your food, good appetite is a good indicator of good health. Of course lah, don't overdo the carbs and sugars hah..hah...

    Just maintain what you are eating now and not over eat, then should be ok. What type of fish is that?

    The noodles look so good! Even if you gain a lot of weight, you will still be so slim because you are so very slim now. Meaning you could probably afford to gain quite a bit of weight and still look great!!

The Good, The Bad But Not Ugly

MISSING AND NOW BACK IN ACTION...  I checked back my last post and it was 8 March last month and today is 19 April, less than two months only.  So what has been happening in my life?  Lots and lots... good news, bad news, sad news... all concerning health and I guess this is our life cycle as we live day by day.   My health is also not that "fantastic" during the past few months, but mine is a small rock compared to giant boulder which my best buddy is undergoing... Exploring The Sea Cruise Royal Caribbean

CRUISING ALONG.... Once we deposited our bags in our cabins, we had our buffet meal at the Hammerjack restaurant and exactly at 4pm, we heard a loud Horn signal...  ITS TIME TO SAIL ALONG THE PACIFIC OCEAN! And while the ship started to sail, we humans started to walk and explore.... to familarize ourselves inside the ship....  Elevators on each side of the ship....  Making my mark....  On another side....  We walked along to check out our food outlets... This Promenade Cafe  had became our regular joint .... We like to sit there enjoying our hot drinks and desserts... Free flow of food day and night.... Passing through the bars to the casino... The casino will open only when the ship is in international waters...  At one of the jackpot machines... I wonder if they are real?? But they are only $1 bundles... Then we went up to the highest floor.... The swimming deck.... Taken against the sun.... Nice sunset in the evening.... The Happy Trio!
