Gosh, transport problem again for my girl. For the past one year, I used car pool to send my girl to school. Arrangement was I sent my girl and her friend to school and this friend's mum would take them back. All was well for last year. But this year, plans were dashed. My girl entered science stream whereas this fren of hers entered arts. And the most dismaying thing is that, science and art classes have different dismissal time! sigh...
Now I have problem finding transport back for my girl... I cannot be going back to the office later than 2pm everyday... problem.. problem....

this year my boy and girl take bus to school as no one is free to take them.

ReplyDeleteGosh..what are you going to do...pray that her new classmate stays nearby. If not have to arrange for skul bus then.
ReplyDeleteGuess bas sekolah might be the last option. Negotiate for a special deal with the driver on only sending her back after school so that you can drop her in the morning to save time else the bus would pick her up very early in the morning. Good luck.

ReplyDeleteScience students are dismissed at 1.40 from Mondays to Wednesdays while the Arts students usually go back at 1.05. Since it's only a difference of 35 minutes, perhaps you should try to discuss with that parent to consider fetching her daughter after 1:40. Taking the school bus can cause a lot of hassle as your daughter may need to stay back for extra-curricular activities. The house meetings will start very soon so she probably needs to stay back for the meeting...
