Leaning Tower Of Teluk Intan

After the riverfront erosion area, the next stop was the Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan... also commonly known to be equivalent to the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy! LOL...

Both of these towers have something in common... yes, both are leaning or should I say, slanting to one side....

taken at certain angles ..
the "slant" is not so obvious...

nearer version...

it is actually a 3 storey building, not 8...

I didn't climb up... no stamina.... pufff....

ok, maybe this one can see it slant a bit...

the oldest passenger in our bus...
see her "canggih" umbrella... hands-free!

opposite the tower is another famous biscuit shop
founded in 1959...

before we left, we took a group photo...
no joke.. 42 of us... not easy to assemble us together..

me and my friends.. and my mama....
gosh.. how come I seem to be shorter than my mum???

  4. now that looks familiar to me for Teluk Intan.. hey, you still want stand there and "push" the tower?? later it really collapse then how?? haha~~ :D

  5. sk, if collapse, i will be the most famous lady in the whole world.. superwoman! hahaha...

  6. Such an interesting landmark! :) And yes, i do see it slanting :P

  7. i never seen it that, do you think it's still moving?? hehe..

  8. Gosh, that tower really IS leaning, and it is so pretty, too! I want an umbrella like that!!!

  9. I thought Pisa had something unique?

  10. Biscuit shop also slanting, it seems? In Sibu, lots of slanting the sinking areas - swampy not good or strong enough.

  11. isaac: it is due to soft soil.. :)

lena: but many years like that.. wont topple, right?

    ginny: yeah, handsfree umbrella!

    filip: something common here?

stp: no la.. not biscuit shop.. hahaha..

  12. thanks for the fun!
