4 Tips to choosing the best tea kettle

If you are a tea lover, you know how important a tea kettle is. And while you want to be enjoying your tea, you want a kettle that serves its purpose well. That said, below are some helpful tips to consider when choosing a tea kettle.
Functionality
Do you want an electric tea kettle? Is the handle comfortable enough to carry to your patio? Is the kettle suitable for using on your stovetop? When it comes to functionality, almost everything goes into consideration. You want to buy a kettle that is functional to you and your household.
Price
Cheap is expensive. But also, that does not mean that you should spend a fortune on a tea kettle. First decide on what you want then proceed to compare prices from different stores and vendors. If you like a particular kettle, check how it is priced elsewhere to see if you can get a better deal. You don’t have to spend all the cash you had budgeted for, if you can get it at a better price. Also, if the kettle is too cheap then you might find yourself spending more in the future to replace it. The price of your kettle should be as good as its quality. You can check for reviews on different tea kettles then make a decision from there.
Volume of water it can hold
Are you looking for a family tea kettle or do you want a small one just for yourself? Different kettles are sized differently, and depending on how much tea you intend to cook, you need to check the volume of water it holds. If you often hold tea parties at your place or have a bigger family that loves tea, then you might need a relatively big tea kettle. On the other hand, if it is for you only, then a small one will be just fine!
Material it is made of
What kind of material do you want your kettle to be made of? Do you want a simple copper kettle or a sophisticated glass kettle? With regard to the type of material a tea kettle is made of, you will get a myriad of options to choose from. Research well before making the purchase. If you want a kettle that will last you a lifetime, then it boils down to the kind of material it is made of. In addition to lifespan, the kind of material used goes into determining other factors like price, which is another major consideration, among others.

Wrap Up
Choosing the best tea kettle does not have to be complicated or time consuming. Whether you are looking for something to compliment the rest of your kitchenware or to fit a specific function you want it to, there is always a perfect option for you. Also, while you don’t need to blow your cash on a kettle that does one thing only, the above tips are meant to help you make the right decision. A decision such as purchasing a tea kettle may look minor at the time, but down the road you will realize the many advantages it comes with.

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...
Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch here in …

Caring And Sharing At Limestone, Regal Lodge, Ipoh

IMPROMPTU GATHERING.... Nothing was planned beforehand, it was only at the last minute that we received call to have lunch at Limestone Cafe, inside Regal Lodge.  It was my first time there to have set lunch.  The menu prices were reasonable, around RM15.90 for the main dish, RM3 for a bowl of soup and RM2 for ice cream.  Other than that, coffee, tea and soft drinks are free.
We were there not so much for the food but for the ambiance... we practically had the whole cafe to ourselves during that lunch hour.  Only one or two tables were occupied and we spent more than two hours there since it was a Friday long hour lunch for my working colleagues.  After a few months absence from me, it was wonderful to catch up with my ex-colleagues again!
I was super hungry by lunch time and I felt like eating almost anything in the menu. We ended up ordering one main dish each and then sharing them with one another so that we could taste a bit of this and that.....
I felt like eating Aglio Oli…

Famous Wanton Mee At New Hoong Kee, Bandar Sri Damansara

BREAKFAST FEAST..  Best meal of the day is always my first meal because I know I am able to tuck in as much as my stomach can accept.  I eat a lot in the mornings and then slowly dwindle by the end of the day.  As the saying goes, eat like a king in the morning and like a pauper in the evenings.  This is what I normally do nowadays, not because I wanted to, but it is my own body system that tune me this way.  Though I deny I am old but the body says otherwise... LOL...

On this morning, we went to New Hoong Kee in Bandar Sri Damansara, my sibling said this is currently his favourite place.  And after trying, I know why.... the food we ordered, all turned out good and tasty, even the curry reminded me of my good old days!
Managed to catch the name otherwise I wouldn't be able to tell this story now...  My type of curry... I can go without the chicken... Just the other ingredients will do fine for me.. I like the way they cook this curry... Heard the BBQ pork is tasty too... melt in …
