Ok, let's start walking on the plankway....
there are houses along the plankway leading to the jetty....
souvenirs were sold along the way....
Good to help the local people there...
It is an interesting walk if you have never been there before...
Soon the end of the jetty is seen....
the last wooden house....
A faded painting on the wooden house...
I guess the paint has come off due to the sun and rain...
Fishermen's boat....
More are seen here.....
Well, this is about it...
It is not a lover's jetty or bridge...
But it is certainly a nice place to visit if you drop by to Penang... :)
Nice scenery from the jetty. That house floating on the water looks cool. Looks like a kampung fishing village.
ReplyDeleteDunno about this Chew's Jetty actually, oh Penang has changed quite a fair bit
ReplyDeleteIrene: yes..right...
ReplyDeleteBananaz: i guess we are behind time..hahaha
When I was there, the painting was still visible :O Now it's faded alrdy...wow.
