First time coming to the CRC gym, thanks to my friend who is a member....
We spent around an hour sweating out.... I only can work on two...
One is pedaling and another one is the treadmill moving at speed 3 only...
After our workout, we went to Free School Garden for our dinner....
I had two glasses of fresh soupsop at RM4 per glass....
As I passed by the stalls, this seems to be quite popular....
So I ordered..... and the least must be two crabs...
Baked to remain the original taste... cost is RM58...
Freshly flesh....
Feeling half full, I added another bowl of Koay Teow Th'ng to my stomach...
ahhh... then only I can call it a day...
*patting stomach*
That was a satisfying meal. I'm liking the koay teow thng. The crabs, not so much hah..hah...

DeleteWahhhhh!!!! Can eat more after 1 hour at the gym. LOL!!! Sea crabs? They look like mud crabs to me - I prefer these to those sea crabs. These are much nicer...but of course, not cheap at all. :(
