Rechargeable Batteries

My cordless phone in the house always seem to be running out of battery and I told my son about this.  He advised me to buy some good chargers battery instead of those normal ones.  Though these chargeable batteries cost a bit more than the ones I am using now, they are more durable and lasting, he told me.  In the long run, I am getting my money worth and my conversations on the phone line will not come to a halt halfway through.  I guess he is right, it is wiser to invest in better qualities than in quantities.
